We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
Send an email request to our dedicated account deletion team with your account details.
We'll verify your identity by sending a confirmation code to your registered email address.
Upon verification, we'll delete your account data and send a confirmation when completed.
How to Request Account Deletion

Verify your identity
We'll send a verification code to your registered email to confirm your identity and protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

Confirmation of deletion
Once verified, we'll process your deletion request within 7 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your account has been completely deleted.
What Happens to Your Data
- Account profile information
- Email address and authentication data
- All circuit breaker information
- All property data you've added
- Photos you've uploaded of circuit breakers
- App usage history and preferences
- Subscription and payment information
- Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you
- Records of shared properties (without your personal information)
- Transaction records as required by financial regulations (7 years)
- Backup data for up to 30 days after deletion
Important Information
Deletion is Permanent
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Active Subscriptions
Cancel any active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
Processing Time
Requests are processed within 7 business days. Complete removal from backups takes up to 30 days.
